We will contact you to let you know if we are able to ship out ‘same day’. Please note, this service is only available Monday – Friday, excluding any Federal holidays.
At checkout, shipping charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order. Depending on the quantity of item(s) you order, your purchase will generally ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Alternate methods are available including USPS Express Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, or UPS Next Day Air. Insurance is available as an option.
Orders under $25 will ship USPS First Class for $3.55
Order totals of $25-50 will ship either USPS First Class or Priority Mail for $4.65
Order totals of $50-100 will ship USPS Priority Mail for $6.25
Order totals over $100 qualify for Free Shipping via USPS Priority Mail

Contact us at customerservice@midori-dori.com within 15 days of receiving your merchandise to request a Return Authorization (RA) with the following information:
Your Name, Address, Telephone Number and E-mail Address
Your Original Invoice Number
Once we receive your information, we will contact you within 5 business days with a RA code and return address
Please return your merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of receiving your RA
You will receive a refund of purchase price in the same form of your original payment minus shipping, handling and any other charges which may have been assessed upon initial purchase
